This tool lets you add a visual signature to your PDF documents:
- Draw your signature with mouse or touchscreen
- Type your name in a signature font
- Upload an existing signature image
- Choose where to place the signature on the page
Note: This tool adds a visual signature stamp to the PDF, and with a certificate it can also embed a standard PKCS#7/CMS digital signature that PDF readers verify cryptographically. The signature shows as trusted when your certificate is trusted by the reader.

- Use a white background for a clean look
- Draw slowly for smoother lines
- For uploaded images, use PNG with transparent background for best results
- Medium size works best for most documents

The tool always stamps a visual signature. With a certificate it also embeds a standard certificate-based PKCS#7/CMS digital signature (SHA-256) that Adobe Acrobat and other readers recognise and cryptographically verify. It shows as trusted when your certificate chains to a root the reader trusts; a self-signed or internal certificate reads as 'validity unknown' until it is added to the reader's trusted identities.
A certificate is only needed for the certificate-based digital-signature mode — upload a PFX/P12 file with its password. The visual signature stamp needs no certificate.
