Overview
Send Beta Feedback... opens the Mapsoft PDF Compositor beta feedback form in your web browser. Use it to report a problem, suggest an improvement, ask a question, or tell us what works well. Every submission goes straight to the developers.
The form arrives with your system details already filled in: the plug-in version, the Acrobat version, the Windows version and whether Acrobat's Protected Mode is on. You can check or change them before you send.
The command needs no open document and stays available whatever your licence state, including after a trial has ended. It sends nothing by itself: nothing leaves your machine until you press Send feedback on the form.
How to use
- Go to Plug-Ins > Utilities > Send Beta Feedback..., or click Send Beta Feedback... on the Updates tab of Preferences.
- Your browser opens the feedback form on mapsoft.com.
- Enter your name and email address, choose the kind of feedback and the part of the plug-in it is about, and describe what happened. For a problem, the steps that lead to it and what you expected help us most.
- Click Send feedback.
To send a sample PDF or a screenshot, email it to support@mapsoft.com and mention the subject of your feedback.
