Overview
Repeat Page Content (N-Up) tiles or repeats the content of each selected page in a grid pattern. The page content is scaled down and repeated in the specified number of columns and rows, all on the same page. This is commonly used for printing multiple copies of business cards, labels, tickets, or other small items on a single sheet.
How to use
- Open a PDF document in Acrobat.
- Go to Plug-Ins > Pages > Repeat Page Content (N-Up).
- Select the page range to tile.
- Enter the number of columns and rows for the grid.
- Click OK to apply the tiling.
Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Page range | The pages to tile. Choose All pages or specify a From / To range. |
| Columns | The number of columns in the grid. The page content is scaled horizontally to fit this many copies across the page width. |
| Rows | The number of rows in the grid. The page content is scaled vertically to fit this many copies down the page height. |
Tip
For business cards (typically 3.5 × 2 inches), use 2 columns and 5 rows on a Letter-size page, or 2 columns and 5 rows on A4, to get 10 cards per sheet.
Note
The content is uniformly scaled to fit the grid cells. The page dimensions do not change — the content is simply repeated at a smaller scale within the existing page size.
