Overview
Print Bookmark Titles sends all bookmark titles from the active PDF to the Windows default printer as a plain text listing. No configuration dialog is shown — printing begins immediately using the default printer.
How to use
- Open a PDF that contains bookmarks.
- Go to Plug-Ins > Bookmarks > Views & Reports > Print Bookmark Titles.
- The print job is sent to the default printer immediately.
Output format
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Font | Courier New, 10 pt |
| Indentation | 5 mm per bookmark nesting level |
| Margins | 25 mm on all four sides |
| Pagination | Automatic — a new page is started when the current page is full |
| Content | Bookmark titles only (page numbers are not printed alongside titles) |
Tip
If you need a file you can edit or share electronically, use Export Bookmarks to Text instead, which saves the bookmark titles and page numbers to a text file.
Note
A default printer must be configured in Windows for this feature to work. If no default printer is found, an error message is displayed. The print job name appears as “Bookmark Titles” in the print queue.
